Seppo Parvi

Seppo Parvi has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Seppo began their career at Huhtamaki, where they held various roles including Manager of Corporate Finance and General Manager. Seppo then moved on to Metsä Board, where they served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy to the CEO. Parvi later joined Ahlstrom as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, overseeing the Food and Medical Business Area. Seppo also worked at Stora Enso as Chief Financial Officer, Deputy to the CEO, and Country Manager Finland, responsible for a range of functions including Group Accounting and Reporting, Treasury, and M&A. Additionally, Parvi has served on the boards of several organizations including Finnish Forest Industries Federation, Ilmarinen, Pohjolan Voima, and East Office of Finnish Industries Oy. Seppo is currently a board member of Teollisuuden Voima Oyj and Coesia S.p.A., as well as an advisory board member of Ahlstrom.

Seppo Parvi obtained their M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Vaasa between 1985 and 1989.
