Jonathan Lewis

Jonathan Lewis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jonathan most recently worked at Storable as the VP of People Operations, and prior to that, they held roles as Sr. Director and Director of People Operations at the same company. During their time at Storable, Jonathan led HR integration for M&A activities, created the Storable Employee Lifecycle Design & Management Process, and received recognition for the company's top company culture.

Before joining Storable, Jonathan founded and served as the principal at Lewis Luck Consulting. Jonathan also worked at SpareFoot as a Director and Sr. Manager of People Operations, where they were responsible for implementing organization-wide compensation strategies and was recognized for the company's top company culture.

At Luminant, they managed HR functions for multiple mine sites, conducted contract negotiations with labor unions, developed an apprentice training program, and coordinated various HR programs and trainings.

Jonathan Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as being a Certified Facilitator for Crucial Conversations Communication Training from VitalSmarts in July 2017, a Professional in Human Resources from HRCI in June 2013, and a Certified Civil Treatment Instructor from ELI, Inc in September 2011.
