Chad Boehne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chad started their career in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant, where they served as a Squad Leader for a Light Scout Platoon. After their military service, they worked as a Project Manager at Centex Homes, overseeing multimillion-dollar home projects.
Boehne then transitioned to the construction industry, working as a Purchasing and Safety Manager at Lewallen Construction. In this role, they managed purchasing and warehousing activities and implemented new software for improved efficiency.
Chad later joined Zappos.com, where they held roles as a Process Manager, responsible for overseeing a fulfillment center's daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Chad also served as a Process Manager II, supervising multiple Process Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Trainers.
Boehne then moved on to roles at Amazon UK, where they worked as a Senior Operations Manager in various areas of outbound, inbound, and reverse logistics operations. Chad led teams of Area Managers, Operations Managers, and hourly associates in large-scale fulfillment centers.
Following their tenure at Amazon, Chad Boehne joined FedEx Logistics, initially as an Implementation Manager responsible for managing new business implementations. Chad later became a Senior Manager and Director, leading teams in designing, implementing, and monitoring forward and reverse 3PL distribution and fulfillment operations.
Most recently, Boehne worked at Redwood Materials as a Logistics Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Automation Engineering at Storage Solutions.
Chad Boehne received their Executive MBA from Sullivan University from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they focused their studies on various subjects including Business Administration, Communication, Statistics, Operations, and Human Resources. Before that, Chad completed their B.S degree in Business Management and Leadership at Marylhurst University from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Lockwood R-1 High School from 1994 to 1997, where they studied General Studies.
