Jason Blackney

Jason Blackney began their career in 2004 as a Warehouse Supervisor and Industrial Engineer at Generac Power Systems. Jason oversaw the installation of a new powder paint system, designed and managed a new engine assembly line, reduced assembly line downtime, integrated subassemblies, and identified cost savings. At Kohl's, they held various managerial roles from 2007 to 2020, including Senior Operations Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, and Manager of Construction. Currently, they are the Vice President of Automation Sales & Engineering at Storage Solutions, where they lead a team in providing warehouse automation solutions for customers. Jason also previously served as the Vice President of Solutions Engineering at the same company.

Jason Blackney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1999 to 2003. Jason recently obtained a Mini-MBA Certificate in Engineering and Technology Management from Rutgers Business School in 2018.
