Kate Duffy

Kate (Mueller) Duffy, PHR has extensive experience in human resources. Kate most recently served as the Human Resources Director for North America at Storck USA, L.P. In this role, they provided leadership and guidance for HR initiatives.

Prior to this, Kate held various roles at Berlin Packaging, including Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partner. In this position, they provided centralized HR support and guidance for all levels of colleagues in North America and Europe. Prior to that, Kate served as an Assistant Human Resources Director at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Kate was responsible for overseeing HR functions and initiatives and managing employee and labor relations. Kate also played a role in talent development and managed a team of HR professionals.

Kate started their career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Corporate Employee Relations Coordinator and later moved on to become a Human Resources Manager. Kate also gained experience as an Assistant Human Resources Manager and completed a management trainee program with a focus on HR.

Kate (Mueller) Duffy, PHR attended Hinsdale Central High School from 2000 to 2004. Kate then went on to Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at John Cabot University. Kate also holds additional certifications, including an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University, obtained in 2014, and a Professional of Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2010.
