Bryan Jackson

Bryan Jackson, PHR, has a diverse work experience in various senior leadership roles. Bryan is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Real Capital Partners, a private equity holding company. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Store Space Self Storage.

From 2020 to 2022, Bryan was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Thompson Thrift, where they implemented new HR technology, restructured HR functions, and led the development of a training and development program for employees. Before that, they served as the VP of Talent & Engagement at the same company, driving HR growth during a period of overall company expansion.

Bryan has also held leadership positions at Honest Abe Roofing as the VP of Operations, overseeing operational excellence across multiple locations. Bryan was the Owner of Brickhouse Web Applications & Development, and served as the CEO of School Intercom Inc., a company addressing communication and fundraising challenges in schools.

Earlier in their career, Bryan was the Site Human Resources Manager at Taghleef Industries SpA and the Employment Manager at Indiana State University. Bryan also served as the Human Resources Director at Rock Equipment, responsible for all HR functions.

Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy and management, technology implementation, talent development, and operational excellence.

Bryan Jackson, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various HR-related subjects, including Integrating Performance Management into the Hiring Process, Understanding Organisations and the Role of HR, Cybersecurity at Work, Recruiting Foundations, and HR Communication in Today's Fluid Workplace.
