Customer Success Manager at StoreAutomator

Matt Manzella has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Matt started as a Substitute Teacher for the West Haven Board of Education in 2007. In 2010, they became a NRFU RES Field Operations Supervisor in charge of NRFU RES for the U.S. Census Bureau. In 2014, they began working as a Customer Service Representative for Verizon Wireless. In 2018, they became an Aeroscout Analyst Clinical Engineering for Yale New Haven Hospital. In 2019, they started as a Customer Success Manager for OdinText, Inc. (Text Analytics Software as a Service Platform). In 2020, they moved to Storyhub as a Customer Success Manager. Matt is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager for StoreAutomator.

Matt Manzella attended the University of Connecticut from 2004 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of General Studies with a field of study in Political Science and Government.
