Alberto R. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the banking and financial industry. Alberto started their career at Xerox Corporation as a Manager of Planning and Product Integration, where they provided strategic guidance and implemented cost-saving strategies in Latin America. Alberto then joined Capital One, where they served as the Director of Channel Management and Marketing Operations in Mexico, Director of Retail Banking, and Director/SVP of Channel Strategy & Optimization - Small Business Banking. Alberto played a key role in defining the banking segment strategy, expanding market penetration, and optimizing channel strategies. Alberto later became the COO of Refinancia, an Encore Capital company, leading the operational strategy and collections in South America. After that, they served as the President of GoldStar Trust Company before joining Happy State Bank as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations, growth, and integration of multiple bank acquisitions. Currently, Alberto is the Director of Collections at Stori.

Alberto R. completed their education with an MBA degree in Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in the years 1987 to 1992.
