Dash Victor

Dash Victor is currently the VP of Finance at Stori. Prior to this, Dash was the Head of Finance at Level from June 2020 to April 2022. Level is a company that makes benefits as simple as paying with a card. Employers can offer bigger benefits for far less, members get more freedom and choice, and providers are paid instantly. As Head of Finance, Dash was responsible for finance, accounting, and treasury reporting to the CEO.

Before Level, Dash was the Head of Finance at Bolt from May 2019 to June 2020. Bolt is a company that provides frictionless checkout, payments, and 100% fraud coverage. Forbes Fintech 50, Breakoutlist, Inc Best Places to Work. As Head of Finance at Bolt, Dash led strategic finance, fp&a, accounting, treasury, and equity admin. Dash also built the finance team from scratch, built 5yr financial model, brought all accounting in-house, implemented Netsuite, and helped lead some large fundraising efforts.

In addition to their work at Level and Bolt, Dash has also been an advisor for RealtyBits Inc from October 2018 to May 2020 and Day View Capital Management from December 2017 to May 2020.

Previously, Dash was the Global Controller & Head of FP&A at Docker, Inc from February 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the global finance organization including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), controllership & compliance, and treasury.

Before Docker, Inc, Dash was the Sr Finance Manager/Asst Controller at Square from September 2012 to February 2016. In this role they managed all aspects of finance for a $1B+ annual run rate business including P&L management and forecasting, balance sheet and cash flow management, revenue recognition analysis and forecasting, headcount planning and analysis, capital expenditure planning and analysis etc.

Dash Victor earned their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in finance/entrepreneurship. They also have a masters in accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelors of business administration in business/accounting from the same school. They are also certified as a CPA.

Their manager is Bin Chen, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Omar Herrera - CISO, Carlos Oliva - VP, Global Controller, and Lorena Sánchez García - VP, Product Marketing.
