Mark Adams is a Senior UX Researcher at Storio Group with previous experience as a Customer Journey Specialist at Coolblue. At Coolblue, Mark was responsible for conducting user research, running AB-tests, and driving data-driven improvements. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Student-assistent at Radboud University and as an Intern at X-Ingredient and bol.com. Mark holds a Master of Science in Media & Persuasion from Radboud University and has a background in Communication Science and Marketing.
