Paul Cannon

Paul Cannon is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in distributed systems and storage solutions. Currently employed at Storj Labs since September 2018, Paul has also worked as an independent contractor during that time. Previous roles include senior software engineer positions at companies such as Epoch Labs, Space Monkey, Inc., Riptano, DataStax, Mozy Inc., and Berkeley Data Systems, where Paul contributed to distributed database and cloud storage technologies. Early career experience includes software engineering roles at Novell, Inc., and Space Dynamics Laboratory, focusing on open-source and military reconnaissance software. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Utah State University, completed in December 2002.
