Arthur Lane has an extensive work experience beginning in 1999 with various companies and military service. In 2010, they began working at Verizon Wireless as the Director of Mobile Health Solutions, where they managed a team of 20 people and had P&L responsibility with a budget of $16.7M. In 2013, they moved to Emdeon as the Vice President of Product Development, managing a team of 24 product managers and a product capital budget of $120 million. In 2014, they joined Onlife Health as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development, managing a $2.7M marketing budget and leading and managing a team of 19. In 2020, they began working at 2nd.MD as the Vice President of Marketing, and in 2021, they moved to Accolade, Inc. as the VP of Marketing. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at Stork Club, where they are responsible for providing the next generation of inclusive family-building benefits to help employers attract and retain talent.

Arthur Lane attended Portland State University from 1989 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
