Victoria Averbukh has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In that year, they began as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Career Education Corporation, where they analyzed grants and loans for compliance of Title IV funding, checked ISIRs for CCodes and Error Rejects, and worked with the verification team to determine Pell grant eligibility. In 2013, they moved to Aon Hewitt, where they were a Health and Benefits Analyst. In 2016, they joined CoreSource, A Trustmark Company, as a Proposal Analyst, where they reviewed and assigned all proposal requests to team members within 24 hours based on complexity and availability, and tracked all proposals in Salesforce by updating required fields and providing scheduled reports. Victoria was also responsible for completing complex questionnaires and custom executive summaries for all sales regions. In 2019, they began work at Limeade as a Proposal Manager and Senior Proposal Manager, where they collaborated with Sales Directors to establish a strategy and timeline for all assigned proposals, and efficiently completed all assigned proposals prior to the due date. Victoria was also assigned as the Loopio database management lead to organize folder structure and content, create templates, reporting and user access. Finally, in 2021, they began work at Hinge Health as a Manager, Proposal Writer and Project Manager, and in 2022, they began work at Stork Club \u00b7 Family-Building Benefits as Head of Proposals.
Victoria Averbukh attended Lake Forest College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Business.
