Jay Ahluwalia

With twenty years of executive experience in multiple sectors of real estate acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, disposition and financial services fields, Mr. Ahluwalia has led Storm Properties since 2010. In addition to his leadership of the company’s Real Estate business, Mr. Ahluwalia has previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Storm Industries. He was instrumental in the creation of the Storm Investment Fund and acts as an Advisor to the boards of several of its holdings.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi, a Master’s degree of Science in Robotics from UCI, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
