Kim Brown has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. Kim started their career at KFMC, Inc as a TBI/Business Development Coordinator, where they developed and implemented new business processes and managed grant applications. Kim then worked at Kansas Health Solutions, LLC as a Network/Projects Supervisor, overseeing the provider network and leading the transition to electronic storage. Kim later joined TMHC Services as a Business Manager, responsible for managing all TPA business operations functions. After that, they worked at Communities In Schools of Mid-America as a Senior Director of Field Operations, where they oversaw field operations of 9 affiliates and provided direction for the internal training program. Kim also served as a Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they managed national projects in human resources. Currently, they work at Stormont Vail Health as a System Director of Talent Operations and Organizational Effectiveness, where they provide oversight for talent operations and leads organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Kim also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services Organization and Policy from the same university, completed from 2000 to 2003. In 2015, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Additionally, Kim holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, acquired in 2015. Kim is also pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute, although the year of completion is not specified. Kim's educational background also includes some unspecified experience at Washburn University.
