Ulrika Brinck

Ulrika Brinck is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Storskogen since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ulrika worked at NCC for a decade, holding various positions including Head of Safida Montage, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, sales, customer relations, and negotiations with unions. Additional roles at NCC included HR Manager for Roads Sweden, where Ulrika built a new HR function, and Change Lead and HR Specialist for a transformation initiative in Construction Sweden.
