Chelsea Aguilera

Chelsea Aguilera has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chelsea started their career as a Childcare Worker at Marin Abused Women's Services in 2002 and later worked as a Front Desk Agent at Mammoth Mountain Inn in 2007. Chelsea then became a Front Desk Supervisor at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2008 to 2009. Chelsea continued their supervisory role as a Front Desk Supervisor/Trainer at Cavallo Point Lodge from 2009 to 2013. Chelsea also worked as a Personal Concierge at Heathman Hotel Portland from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined All Star Labor and Staffing as a Catering Staff member. Chelsea then worked at Brooklyn Grange as a Farm Event Staff member in 2016. In the same year, they began their employment at StoryCorps and held various roles such as Mobile Booth Outreach, Associate Manager of Mobile Tour Outreach, Special Event Associate, and Outreach Specialist. Chelsea was later promoted to Manager of Community Partnerships for One Small Step in 2020 and ultimately became the Associate Director of Operations for the same program in 2022. Chelsea's experience demonstrates their adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Chelsea Aguilera obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & Writing from Portland State University, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued general education studies at the College of Marin from 2002 to 2012. Chelsea also earned certification as a Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant/Aide from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2005. Chelsea initially studied Pre-Nursing Studies at California State University, Chico from 2003 to 2005. Chelsea has additional certifications in Project Management from Portland State University and as a Certified Nurses Assistant from the State of California.
