Shelton Hollers has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as the Head of Sales & Project Management at Richmond Events in 2006, where they led multiple project teams and were responsible for driving revenue and event management. In 2014, they joined Blanchard as the Director of Client Solutions. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Board Member at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) - New York City Chapter. They then moved on to become the Director - US at Richmond Events, leading teams and driving revenue to strategic business events. In 2020, they joined Duarte, Inc. as the Director Of Strategic Sales - Enterprise, where they solved client problems and delivered impactful outcomes. In 2022, they became the Director, Account Development at BigSpring, where they solved corporate initiatives through SaaS solutions and developed new use cases with a global healthcare organization. Most recently, they joined MNK Group in 2020 as an Advisory Partner and are currently serving as the VP, Client Strategy at StoryIQ since 2023.

Shelton Hollers completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management from Baruch College.
