Emma Simpson

Emma Simpson has worked in various roles in the customer success and account management fields since 2013. Emma began their career at Insight Mobile Ltd as an Account Manager in 2013 and then moved to Stanton Consultancy Ltd in 2016, where they were a Client Relationship Manager. In 2018, they returned to Insight Mobile Ltd as an Account Director. In 2019, they joined StoryStream as a Customer Success Manager, and is currently the Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they help brands sell by utilizing StoryStream's AI-powered technology to acquire user-generated and other forms of authentic, high-impact content.

Emma Simpson attended the University of Sussex from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a degree in English and Media Studies.
