Joshua Ceaser is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in digital and data analytics, fraud product development, and mobile application architecture. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Digital & Data Analytics at Stout since August 2019, Joshua oversees business processes while leading a team of analysts in the USA and Greece. Prior roles include Director of Fraud Products at CO-OP Financial Services, where innovative fraud-deterrent solutions were developed, and Senior Mobile Architect at Talent Navigation Experts, managing mobile application projects for Texas Health and Human Services. Joshua's earlier positions include Management Consultant at HCL AXON, Technical Architect at Perficient, and Mobile Application Architect at Accenture, alongside a solid foundation in software development roles with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Pan American and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, respectively.
