Julie Fadel

Julie Fadel, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of HR, People Strategy at Stout since October 2023, following a tenure at Ally from July 2020 to October 2023 as a Manager and Senior Manager, HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Julie held various positions at Roland Berger, including Interim Head of HR, where guidance was provided to executive leadership on people strategy during a transitional period. Additional experience includes roles at Shift Digital and Park West Gallery. Julie Fadel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Western Michigan University.
