Job description

We are searching for a HRIS analyst who has experience with Workday HCM with the ability to create standard and custom reports. The candidate should also be familiar with the inner workings of Workday in order to support our client's HR department.

LOCATION Stamford, CT

This is a hybrid role.

COMPENSATION $100K to $115K commensurate with experience plus a target 10% bonus.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Workday reporting.
  • Experience with Workday data analysis, metrics and dashboards for business and HR decision-making.
  • Experience with elicitation, organization, translation, analysis and prioritization of both business level and functional requirements.
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior/executive leadership teams as well as working with end users.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Proactive inquisitive learner who stays current on HR and analytics best practices.

ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE BENEFICIAL

  • Experience with iCIMS
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills including familiarity with advanced spreadsheets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The HRIS Analyst will support people data management and management requests for standard and custom reporting in Workday along with supporting other capabilities within Workday HCM.
  • Determine relevant approaches for utilizing Workday data.
  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment.
  • Assist internal customers to better understand workforce metrics and utilize analytics for decision making.
