Dillon Hawley

Dillon Hawley is a seasoned system engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Lead System Engineer at STR since January 2023, Dillon previously held the position of Senior Principal System Engineer at BAE Systems from July 2014 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at DIYROCKETS in 2013 and working as a Farm Hand at Gould Hill Farm from June 2009 to August 2013. Dillon holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Systems Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, attained between 2015 and 2018, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, completed in 2014.
