Currently, Milica serves as the Head of Order to Cash at STRADE - powered by SR Technics, overseeing accounts receivable, cash collection, and customer master data. Prior to this, Milica held positions at SR Technics Group and Henkel, where Milica demonstrated proficiency in invoicing, financial management, and customer service. Milica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Management from the University of Belgrade.
