Isaac Kato

Isaac Kato has been working at Straight Talk Foundation since July 2003, currently holding the position of MEAL Manager and Research and Evaluation Officer. Isaac also worked at Research Moguls as an M&E consultant from January 2011 to May 2013. Isaac graduated from Makerere University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
