Joseph Hayden

Joseph Hayden is currently the Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation at Frederick County Government in Maryland. With experience in various roles such as Facilities and Scheduling Manager at Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks and Sports Supervisor at Anne Arundel County, Joseph has a strong background in managing and overseeing athletic programs and facilities. Joseph has also been an Adjunct Faculty at Community College of Baltimore County, teaching courses in Wellness, Health, Physical Education, and Applied Exercise Science. Joseph holds a Doctor of Education in Urban Education and Leadership from Morgan State University, along with a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Central Michigan University.
