Karen Papas is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Strait Link since November 2022, Karen focuses on developing partnerships to connect customers with markets across the Bass Strait. Prior to this, Karen held significant positions at Australia Post as Key Account Director, where relationships with both internal and external customers were nurtured to identify commercial opportunities, and at Rentokil Initial as Key Account Sales Manager, leading a team to drive customer development and growth. Previous roles also include Regional Sales Manager at Alsco and various sales positions at Pitney Bowes, PMP Limited, Sensis, and Hutchison Telecoms. Karen commenced a career in sales at Vodafone Australia as a Dealer Account Manager and possesses a HSC in Graphic Design and Art from Catholic Regional College.
