Axel Klimek

Axel Klimek is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Center for Sustainability Transformation, a position held since January 2013, and has previously served in the same role at its GmbH counterpart until December 2021. Klimek also occupies several key roles, including Strategic Advice Partner at STRAMMER, GTCI Faculty at the Global Team Coaching Institute, Associate at Renewal Associates Ltd, University Lecturer at Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule and h_da University of Applied Sciences, Co-Owner of Make Change Work, and Associate at Bath Consultancy Group since 1999. With extensive international experience in over 25 countries across four continents, Klimek focuses on guiding leaders and organizations through complex change processes to enhance performance. Klimek holds a Master’s degree in Education from TU Dortmund University.
