Karolina Sikora

Karolina Sikora is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of executive search and human capital strategic advice, currently serving as Client Partner for Switzerland and Northern Europe at STRAMMER since September 2018. Prior roles include International Consultant in Lifesciences and International Researcher, with a focus on therapeutic support for children with autism from November 2015 to July 2018. Karolina also worked as a Research Assistant at Jagiellonian University's Consciousness Lab in early 2017. With a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University, Karolina possesses expertise in mentoring, coaching, and consulting within the life sciences sector.
