Colleen Wilson

Colleen Wilson currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Strand Therapeutics since April 2023. Prior to this role, Colleen engaged in strategic and operational HR consulting for various companies from September 2022 to April 2023. From August 2017 to August 2022, Colleen held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and also acted as Interim Head of HR at Rheos Medicines. Colleen's experience includes HR consulting roles with Ribometrix and several biotechnology companies, along with interim HR leadership positions at Casma Therapeutics and Chiasma, among others. Colleen holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire (1995-1999).
