Caterina’s expertise in HR management has been honed through various leadership positions at notable companies such as Virgin Mobile Australia, Stamford Hotels & Resorts, and C.INC. Caterina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing from Australian Catholic University, obtained between 1991 and 1994, which complements a diverse and accomplished HR career.
