Caterina Kidd

Caterina Kidd is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Strandbags since November 2021, Caterina has previously held significant roles including General Manager of People and Culture at Freedom Australia, and HR Business Partner at Target Australia and Real Insurance. Caterina’s expertise in HR management has been honed through various leadership positions at notable companies such as Virgin Mobile Australia, Stamford Hotels & Resorts, and C.INC. Caterina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing from Australian Catholic University, obtained between 1991 and 1994, which complements a diverse and accomplished HR career.
