Jordi Teixidó

Director of Customer Services at Strands

Jordi Teixidó is the current Director of Customer Services at Strands. Prior to this, they worked as IT Consulting Manager at Institut Cerdà from March 2002 to March 2004, where they were responsible for designing and executing IT and strategic projects for medium to large businesses and public sector organizations. Jordi also oversaw all aspects of public aid management, from proposal to award. During their time at Institut Cerdà, Jordi produced over $1M in new revenues by establishing and cultivating relationships with high-ranking government officers and politicians, and providing expert consultation that generated numerous projects. Jordi also obtained public funding for many companies, managed a 5-person team, published multiple reports on IT business issues, and directed several EU research projects in SME innovation topics. From January 1990 to November 2000, Jordi worked as Senior Manager in Financial Services at Accenture.

Jordi Teixidó's educational career includes a PMP from the Project Management Institute, a Master's in Information Technology from the Institut Catala de Tecnologia, a Master's in Publishing and Digital Technologies from the Universidad de Salamanca (IUP), and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin & Greek, Ancient Theirtory & Archaeology from the Universitat de Barcelona. Jordi has also completed a course in Locución para TV from Gestmusic and has a High School Degree in Information Technology from Col.legi Jesuites Casp. In addition, Jordi holds certifications from the Project Management Institute in Authorized Training Partner, LinkedIn in Listening to Customers, Sales Fundamentals, Public Speaking Fundamentals, Installing and Administering Atlassian JIRA, and How to Hire, Retain, and Grow Top Millennial Talent.

Jordi Teixidó reports to Edoardo Borsari, Managing Director. They are on a team with Leandro Gimeno - Director of Business & Sales, Pablo Reyes - Director of Technology, and Oscar Bañó - Director of Consulting & KAM.
