Dan van de Voorde

Dan Van De Voorde, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Dan started their career as a Resource Development Intern at VCA Animal Hospitals in 2011. Later that year, they worked as an Admissions & Communications Intern at Purdue University. In 2012, Dan joined Strata Decision Technology as a Project Coordinator, before moving up to the role of Talent & Team Development Specialist in 2014. Dan then became the Manager of People Operations in 2015 and was promoted to Senior Manager of People in 2018. Currently, Dan holds the position of Director of People at Strata Decision Technology.

Dan Van De Voorde, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2016, they earned the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM and completed a course on The Future of Work from DePaul University.
