Shari L. Waters

Shari L. Waters has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the IT industry. Shari L. started their career at Biola University in 1990 as a Programming Manager, responsible for student academic records. Later, they worked at Chapman University from 2005 to 2013 in various roles, including Manager of Information Systems and CIO, providing leadership and strategic planning for a medium-sized, rapidly growing university.
