Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at Strata Oncology

Adam Mark has worked in the field of bioinformatics for over a decade. In 2008, they began their career as a Lab Assistant at SDSU Research Foundation. From 2010 to 2015, they held multiple roles at The Scripps Research Institute, including Graduate Research in Bioinformatics, Research Assistant, and Research Intern. In 2015, they moved to Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center, where they worked as a Clinical Bioinformatics Analyst. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at UCSD Center for Computational Biology & Bioinformatics (CCBB). In 2022, they began working as a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at Strata Oncology.

Adam Mark received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from San Diego State University in 2011. Adam then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Bioinformatics from the same university, which they completed in 2015. Adam also attended James Cook University, though the degree and field of study are unknown.
