Barb Holt, CSP has over 24 years of experience in the Environmental Health & Safety field. Barb began their career in 1996 as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan. In 1997, they joined Cayman Chemical as a Technical Support Manager/Safety Coordinator and an EIA Production & Research Lab Assistant. In 2001, they moved to NSF International as a Program Representative. In 2003, they returned to Cayman Chemical as a Safety Specialist and Recruiting Administrator. In 2015, they joined Michigan Medicine as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist. In 2019, they moved to Trenton Corporation Anticorrosion Materials as an EHS Manager. In 2021, they joined Strata Oncology as an EHS and Training Program Manager, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the company's compliance with MI/OSHA and EGLE/EPA regulations, training staff on safety plans and processes, and maintaining quality system documents with training for all departments.

Barb Holt, CSP obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Michigan University between 1992 and 1996. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, followed by the Associate Safety Professional certification from the same institution in the same year.
