Lisa Franklin, CEcD, EDFP, MoCED, is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as VP Regional Sales at Strata Platforms since March 2024. Previously, Lisa worked as an Advisor at Global Location Strategies from March 2023 to March 2024. Lisa’s extensive career at Evergy, spanning from May 1995 to January 2023, involved the role of Lead Economic Development Manager, focusing on recruiting new businesses, supporting existing company growth, and investing in community readiness for industrial development. Early in Lisa's career, roles included Economic Development Manager for Jackson County, MO Economic Development Department, Project Manager at the Missouri Department of Economic Development, and Staff Assistant for the Missouri Senate. Lisa holds a BSBA in Marketing and Management from Missouri Southern State University.
