Danyel Campbell is a software engineer at Stratasan. Danyel previously worked as an application developer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from March 2020 to July 2021. There, they were responsible for developing the ETL pipeline to integrate the electronic health records including wearable, survey data, and measurements from participating health care organizations for the All of Us program using Google Cloud Platform, in specific AppEngine, BigQuery, etc. Additionally, they developed data cleaning components after integrating the raw wearable, survey data, and measurement data to standardize physical measurement values and concepts used by different health care sites to ensure the data is usable by researchers. Danyel also created API's to assist in validating participant data to ensure all participants are properly enrolled and consented in the All Of Us program before data is cleaned and given to researchers.
Prior to their work at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Danyel Campbell was an application developer senior analyst at Accenture from April 2018 to March 2020.
