Michael Faulkenberry

Michael Faulkenberry is currently the VP of Strategic Advisory Services at Stratasan. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategy at QHR from February 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they managed a team responsible for delivering strategic advisory and analysis to clients across the country, including board facilitation, strategic plan development, market analysis, service line forecasting, and ad hoc analysis. Michael also led corporate strategy efforts through product development, M&A advisory, and analysis.

Before their time at QHR, Faulkenberry was the Manager of Corporate Strategy and Analytics at AccentCare, Inc. from August 2015 to March 2019. In this role, they managed a team responsible for corporate planning and analytics functions at a growing healthcare provider with a 14-state footprint. Michael's team supported the outreach and planning for strategic partnerships, including the formation of three joint ventures with large, integrated health systems. Michael also developed and managed corporate growth plans encompassing sales, M&A, and partnership opportunities in 10 operating markets across the United States.

Prior to their time at AccentCare, Faulkenberry was an Administrative Resident at Methodist Health System from May 2014 to December 2014.

Michael Faulkenberry has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.
