Kyra Neal

Kyra Neal is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Stratasys, a position held since May 2018, where responsibilities include developing a reconditioning procedure and documentation method for Stratasys systems, as well as remotely troubleshooting customer issues to identify solutions and conduct root-cause analysis. Prior to this role, Kyra served as an Additive Manufacturing Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, supporting teaching and grading for a course focused on 3D printing technologies. Experience also includes self-employment as a nanny and personal tutor, coordinating care for multiple children and customizing tutoring sessions to improve student performance. Earlier experience as an Account Manager at FRS Debt Collection Agency involved negotiating payment plans and resolving customer conflicts effectively. Kyra holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2018.
