Dean Stanton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dean currently works as an Adjunct Professor in Quantitative Studies & Operations Management at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to this, they were a Senior Business Consultant at RyteTek, LLC.

Dean's most extensive experience comes from their time at Ezywrap, where they served as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they oversaw a US-based orthopedic medical device company with 150 employees and three manufacturing facilities. Dean was responsible for managing 17,000 SKUs and leading the organization as an innovative leader in the orthopedic industry. Before becoming the General Manager, they held the position of Director of Operations and Project Manager, where they directed operational activities in areas such as manufacturing, distribution, quality, software development, engineering, procurement, facilities, HR, and inside sales.

Prior to their work at Ezywrap, Dean held the role of Senior Engineering Manager and Quality Manager at Metric Systems, Inc. Dean also served as an Engineering Consultant and Supply Chain Consultant at Aeyon, where they provided services to support large-scale acquisition programs of the Federal Government.

Furthermore, Dean has experience working at Crane Aerospace & Electronics as an Industrial Engineer, Quality Manager, and Program Manager.

Dean Stanton holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Troy University. In addition to their formal education, Dean has obtained several certifications. Dean is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. Dean also holds the Agile Hybrid Project Professional (AHPP) certification from the same institution. Additionally, Dean has obtained multiple micro-credentials and certifications from LinkedIn, including "Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master," "Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum," "How to Fix Bad Agile," and "Supply Chain and Operations Management." These certifications highlight Dean's commitment to continuous learning and expertise in project management and agile methodologies.
