Michael Taber

Michael Taber is an accomplished educator and practitioner in the fields of performing arts, wellness, and holistic healing. Currently engaged as a Teacher Artist for Disney's Musical In Schools at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Michael fosters creativity in elementary education through musical theater. With extensive experience as a Senior Aerobics and Tai Chi Instructor at Rooted Rehabilitation and a Yoga Instructor at various centers, Michael emphasizes wellness through movement and mindfulness. Michael’s background in theater is supported by a B.A. from San Diego State University and enriched by training at the University of Oxford. Additionally, Michael is a skilled Astrologer, Tai Chi and Reiki Master, offering unique holistic services across Southern California.
