Breita Linnell

Breita Linnell currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Strategic Legal Practices, APC since May 2022. Previously, Breita held positions including Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in the Southern California Trial Group, Project Attorney at Reed Smith LLP, and Client Representative for Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included identifying commercial clients and presenting legal research strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Robins Kaplan LLP, Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Virginia, and interning in various legal roles, including an internship at U.S. Bank and an intellectual property litigation case assistant position at Alston & Bird LLP. Breita obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Emory University.
