Mike Pompili

Mike Pompili has extensive work experience in operations management. Mike began their career at Pompili Pre-Cast Concrete in 2003, where they served as a Project Manager and later as the Plant Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing finances, and coordinating projects. Mike joined Strategic Materials in 2013 as a Plant Manager, where they led a high volume glass recycling facility. Mike later advanced to the position of Senior Plant Manager, overseeing operational restructuring and development of manufacturing plants. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Operations - Specialty Products, responsible for multiple manufacturing plants and overall financial performance. Most recently, Mike has been serving as the Vice President of Operations at Strategic Materials.

Mike Pompili completed their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management at The Ohio State University from 1999 to 2003. Mike later pursued further education at Cleveland State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain from 2011 to 2014.
