Jamar Owens, MBA has over 20 years of experience in program and project management, systems engineering, business management consulting, strategic planning, product management, and technical sales engineering. In 2021, they began working as a Program Manager at Strategic Resolution Experts. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at MITRE as a Lead System Engineer, where they developed sustainable operational and technology solutions to achieve government program/ project mission objectives. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Business Management Consultant, advising government leaders on mission critical program/ project management initiatives. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at FASTech, Inc. as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating performance of garrison-wide initiatives. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Black & Decker as an Assistant Product Manager, responsible for building domestic and international product strategies and executing product sales targets. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Eaton Corporation as a Technical Sales Engineer, managing sales and marketing accounts to Industrial, Light Commercial, Residential, Construction, and OEM Market Segments. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at NC State University as a Student Leader for the Union Activities Board (UAB).

Jamar Owens, MBA has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they obtained in 2002.
