Michelle Davis

Michelle Davis has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Client Management at SRM, a full-service advisory firm that specializes in vendor contract optimization for community banks and credit unions globally. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of the Financial Services Practice at McDermott & Bull Executive Search, a leadership advisory firm offering executive search and coaching services. At McDermott & Bull, Michelle led the discovery and execution of talent strategies for clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Michelle has a strong background in working with Human Resources leaders, CEOs, and hiring executives to meet organizational needs.

Michelle Davis received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from UCLA where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
