Cecilia Fraser

Cecilia Fraser has extensive experience in contracts and operations management. Cecilia is currently working as the Director of Contracts at Strategic Resources, Inc. Previously, they held various roles at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc. from 2013 onwards, including Contracts Director and Contracts/Operations Administrator. Prior to that, they were a Contracts Manager at NewWave Telecom and Technologies, Inc. Starting their career in 2001, Cecilia worked as a Property Administrator at CACI and later as a Business Operations & Contracts Specialist at OAO Technology Solutions.
