Suresh Kondeti

Suresh Kondeti has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. Suresh began their career in 2005 as a Junior Executive HR at Ikkon Technologies. In 2006, they moved to Bhrigus Software (I) PvtLtd as an Executive HR. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior HR Executive at Influx Software Solution PvtLtd. In 2010, they joined KeyPoint Technologies as an HR Manager, and was subsequently promoted to Lead - HR, Assistant Manager - HR, and Senior Executive HR. In 2016, Suresh Kondeti became Manager - Human Resources at Rain Carbon Inc. Suresh joined Strategic Resources International Inc in 2019, where they currently work as Director - Human Resources.

Suresh Kondeti has a diverse educational background. Suresh obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource & Marketing from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business Management in Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1999 and 2002. In 2004 and 2005, Suresh Kondeti also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism Administration from Pondicherry University. Additionally, they hold certifications in HR Business Partner (HRBP) from SkillDeck (obtained in August 2022), INTRODUCTION TO CMMI FOR SERVICES from CMMI Institute I powered by Carnegie Mellon (obtained in May 2014), and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from TUV-SUD South Asia (obtained in September 2013).
