Mohammad Masud

Mohammad Masud has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2000. Mohammad began their career as a Programmer at Digital Construction Limited, developing in-house software using Java and J2EE technologies and providing Java training to clients. In 2001, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Evoknow Software Inc., developing their flagship E-campaign software product using Java technologies. Mohammad also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Fornix Soft Ltd. that same year. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, leading the application development team to design, develop, and implement retail banking systems. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as Deputy Manager at Grameenphone Ltd., managing the implementation and operations of their internal IT systems. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at State Street, first as an Application Development Senior Manager and Vice President and then as a Director of Software Development. In 2021, they began working as a Software Development Manager at Strategic Solutions Group (SSG).

Mohammad Masud's education history includes a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, which they completed in 2000. Mohammad then obtained an MBA from University of Dhaka in 2005. In 2012, they completed a Master of Liberal Arts, Extension Studies in Information Management Systems from Harvard University. Mohammad has also obtained several certifications, including IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2017, Foundation Certificate in IT-Service Management (ITIL) from EXIN in 2006, Sun Certified Programmer of Java 2 platform from Sun Microsystems in 2002, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2015, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021.
