Elena Weinberger

As an Associate in the Strategies 360 Arizona office, Elena brings her legal expertise to support legislative and policy development and implementation for her clients. Elena researches and monitors legislative and regulatory activity, leads analysis of proposed legislation and regulations, and represents clients before governmental bodies. Elena specializes in health care, cannabis, energy, and water sustainability issues.

Prior to joining S360, Elena served as an Associate Attorney at Peacock, PLC, a government affairs and legal consulting firm in Phoenix, AZ. Here, she supported client work at the intersection of law and policy, a practice she still offers to clients today at S360 alongside Arizona’s Senior Vice President, Pele Fischer.

Elena graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in psychology and a minor in government and public policy. She received her JD degree from Santa Clara University School Law. While a student, Elena was the Founder and President of the Cannabis Law and Policy Group at Santa Clara Law, where she recruited more than 40 students and hosted events with attorneys and other professionals in the cannabis industry. She was also a Founder and Vice President for Santa Clara’s chapter of Law Students for Sensible Drug Policy and served as the Risk Management Officer Co-Chair for the Student Bar Association.
